Before someone starts: yes, I know this should possibly be in the TV Websites sub-forum, but never mind...
What the f*** has happened to the celebdaq site? It looks hideous! I haven't seen the BBC3 progs/updates for ages - have they taken on this look too?

i just went on it and it says it is closed temporarily

Well, I was on it just now, but some of the files and images weren't loading properly.

Yuck, I agree, it is horrible.

I notice that buttons marked 'Mobile' and 'Broadband' have appeared - interesting new directions for the game?

They can't even spell temporary right...

It looks a bit strange - being used to the purple for so long.......but......it looks very good. Glad to see the broadband section now carries the Friday show as well as the tips after Liquid News. Also, you can now set mobile alerts and there is a banner that says you can play on your mobile too.

And in answer, yes...the show and tips shows do look the same as the website. Thank god the TV show and the website now look the same again...first time since the Celebdaq TV launch itself!

Do like the broadband section though...very handy and I like the way the relevant story appears to the right. Overall, I like it. All of the new features might get me and my mates to play a little more intensively again...like we used to!

They have bought it up to date with the 3rd incarnation of the programme, this time with a new logo. They have recently (i think it was last week) also changed the celebdaq updates after liquid news.

They have kept the same bar graphic design except have change the walls from purple to the white/red design.

I prefered the purple and the old logo.

I didnt like what they did with the sky logo on the programme alone.

They now have their studio revolving around this design with paddy & guests on a silver star, and the screens have an animation on with '...celebdaq...' going across then at the right time so that it looks as though the writing continues on the next screen and the next, etc.

Are people still bothering with this ? It's ok as a novelty at first, but I just can't be bothered anymore, it's just so futile.

It looks quite good, although loading the default home page just brought up a message to say the site had been taken down for relaunch. I used a different link in my IE history and it allowed me to log in. I do like the icons it uses, better than the plain text labels in the old look.

Incidentally, Digital Spy is also getting a new look at midnight tonight.
