It was a real blast from the past seeing that message displayed on Ceefax! Back in the 1980s it was common for TCF or various captions to be shown in place of Pages from Ceefax because the system would frequently crash. Yet since around 1990, disruption to Ceefax has been more or less non-existant, and no in-vision Ceefax has been lost since then (if it is, they'd usually source P198 from the other channel).
