Today show was recorded last week, hence Dave Berry again!
The show will probably be axed late this year with the ratings as bad they are,it's only a matter of time. My friend is off to the next weeks show .

the ratings being what exactly?

Considering the show has a very generic format, I can't see it being axed in the near future, what would they replace it with, an identical show. It's all about the music really!

CDUK ratings 560 - 650,000

Those figures are true, but having CD:UK in the age of Digital TV on a Saturday Morning is'nt really going to attract more than that!

ITV seem to be happy with these ratings, and I very much doubt they will go down any more - that would be dipping to TOTP Saturday's level Laughing

As has being said, what could they replace it with? Another music show without the ever growing reputation of CD:UK? Or perhaps extend MOM which has an even lower audience and is the real reason CD:UK is doing so badly? Draw your own conclusions.

Its the best Music show in the UK - ITV would be mad to get rid of it, with or without Cat Deeley.

That's cruel, regarding our John. Do you think if he ever does CD:UK, he will wear a suit for it?
