What they've got to do is find new presenters, either totally new or people that are just doing a bit of presenting somewhere but have potential.
Sara Elgan has always been a good presenter in my mind that's been underused by everything she's been on.
Another great presenter is T4's Steve Jones who would draw on the female audience, he isn't too childrens presenter, yet isn't too serious.
I'd say go for a twosome so that the new presenters could work off each other rather than someone being pushed into following Cat's shoes on their own.
Both that I've mentioned did come from the S4C stable that seems to produce great presenters, the only thing is that it may be a bit welsh dominated, not a problem, especially if S4C want a welsh spin off made!
