It's just a shame someone didn't tell the narrator how to speak at a normal speed. His fast ramblings became quite irritating after a while. Perhaps that's how they always do it in the US.
Here is the 2nd part of the CBS/WB/CW/UPN/VIACOM video. Its equally complicated but wholy interesting to those of us that enjoy the business of tv.
