At the moment, the channels don't have names so only the SID (service ID) is shown in the application. I've edited them to include a name for my benefit! And on that note, for some reason, UTV HD always reverts to ITV HD Granada on a re-scan...

I think the only placeholders are on Freeview so far. You can't manually tune to them on Sky, only on a non-Sky satellite decoder, and I don't know if Virgin carries test channels or if you can access them in any way.

I'm now getting the BBC HD channels on the Virgin EPG. BBC Three and Four HD are currently showing the normal off air screen, whilst the rest are showing a preview screen for the new channels. No date, just 'Coming soon' in typical Virgin style.
