CBBC and CBeebies should merge as I just don't understand why they need 2 channels.

you don't have kids do you?

Do you think we should teach three year olds the curriculum for Yr 6 too?

I agree BBC3 shouldn't be on till 10. Without Liquid there is no reason for it to be on early.

I do - two (both here with me and my girlfriend in Netherlands - they are from her previous relationship) Adam aged 8 and Viki aged 3. whoops too much info!!!!! Laughing although they are brilliant kids and have picked up the dutch language much quicker than what I'm doing!!!!!!!!

CBeebies could be shown between 8am and 9am and between 1pm and 4pm - when older children are actually travelling to/at/travelling from school. or during school holidays between 6am and 11am then the rest of the broadcasting hours dedicated to older children.

Yes, they're obviously going to reduce CBeebies output (which is far more popular than CBBC) to 4 hours a day, aren't they.

Okay, for arguments sake - close the CBBC channel and merge it with CBeebies.

Or why should any of the BBC reduce its output whether its a success or not. In any event I feel that BBC choice should not have been replaced by the real shoddy BBC3
