Does anyone know the arrangements for the new studios for CBBC and CBeebies? I guess there'll be 4 (1 for CBBC on ONE/TWO, 1 for CBeebies on ONE/TWO, 1 for CBeebies and 1 for CBBC) What about presenters - how many do you think they'll have? They'll need a fair few more than they have now. Talking about studios, is one of the programmes/channels going to use studio 9? I hope the new CBBC has quick access to the Blue Peter garden like they do at present, because in the summer it was a nice change to see the presenting/games done outside. If CBBC aren't keeping the studio, I think it would be the perfect space for the new 'Xchange' programme - they could use it really well including the garden which I seem to remember the old holiday Xchange using sometimes. Any ideas?
My guess is that they'll all use the same studio .. like now.
Remember that the schedule repeats itself a lot so just kike CBBC on Choice at the moment (and I think the Breakfast show on BBC2) - they'll record the links the day/week before.
As Newsround not sure as their studio is used by other programme during the day - suppose they could do it from the office or virtual from somewhere else.

I doubt that two big new channels each with their own unique presentation will share the same studio - it won't be like it is now - CBBC and CBeebies are totally seperate things. And also Newsround share their studio with Breakfast and something else (can't remember what).

But remember that CBeebies will be repeated every 3 hours - I wouldn't have thought there is a need for a big studio - and anyway you can use different areas of the same studio - look at Liquid News and 60seconds on BBC Choice - same studio different shows.
Lol, it sure looks like one but no, it's just one of the presenters, he's presented it for a while I think,
And I hope Xchange do keep the studio the same as it is now.

Yes - I suppose so. I thought you meant they would use the actual same set as well as studio.

I have to disagree - I hate the current studio - it's all dark and messy and completely clashes with the presentation of the show (which is the exact opposite - clean and light!).

I think it's stupid just repeating the shows every 3 hours, surely they could get more stuff to use on the channel. They may as well have just kept CBBC on Choice going.
