On last week's Blue Peter, they uncovered the time capsule from 20 years ago.

I thought they might have used the special 60th anniversary opening titles, but they used the standard opening titles.

It would have been a good opportunity to use the special titles. Next week's episode is celebrating 30 years of the green badge, so would be another opportunity to use them, but after last week's episode, I doubt they will get used.

I expect the 60th anniversary titles won't get used again until the 60th anniversary later this year.

I've just seen Radzi and Lindsey present the competition segment on This Morning.

I'm not a regular viewer, and haven't seen that before. Does anyone know if this is a regular thing, or is this the first time?

The time capsule from 1998? Wasn't that not due to be dug up for another few decades?

Yes, it was, but it was accidentally dug up last year while building work was going on at the O2. Hence they're taking it on tour, and burying a new capsule which will hopefully stay bloody buried this time.

CBBC have been continuing on with their what usually would be "You Choose The News" segment (now "We Choose The News") for 2 months now despite their poll system being "down" and them choosing the segment. It has lost the whole point to be honest.
My tweet was read out on BBC Four's Eurovision coverage and Rylan Clark-Neal replied to it. That's all.

Breaking into the CBBC thread with a Cbeebies related post as that channel doesn't have a thread as far as I can see...

I notice that they've introduced an on screen clock

Not sure how long they've had it but its CBBCs clock which is presumably why it's in that odd place.. it lines up with CBBCs logo bug but not Cbeebies' one

All Channels have clocks in the morning?

Is that a rhetorical question?

Very handy on the kids channels as many families will be busy getting ready for school, nursery and work with them on in the background.

I noticed a bit of complaining from parents on their facebook page the other week when they made a few schedule changes. Many households know they have to be eating their toast when the Octonauts start etc

According to their Twitter that’s exactly why it’s been added.
Together as one in hating oneness.

CBBC HD has just cut out and there's a problem on SD - green bars and the programme is glitching

Audio sounds quite demented too
