CBBC

Is It me of Is CBBC getting a little tacky... I think it needs another fave lift, or a tough of the genirc. What do you think? I mean Newsround genirc that i think would look quite good, and blue peter.. any ideas???

it does need a change but i think the current idents for cbbc are ok for perhaps another year but then it will need a drastic change

CBBC - Needs axing! I hate that programme and emlin. Why can't there be good programmes on CBBC, but i do like THE WILD THORNBERRYS (don't ask!)
I aslo think there should be CBBC2 with Fresh Prince on, and simpsons, malc in middle etc. With a proper studio like CBBC.
But in general, i hate CBBC

Need I say any more?! A fantastic show when I first saw it back in the early 90s and I still laugh at it today!

The show is on at 5pm on Fridays - Beats BP any day!

Oh and they need new idents and to be in widescreen

Asa, I bow my head in shame. I forgot about that programme. Hmmm, maybe I do like it now!

They could learn a few tricks from CITV here, great on-screen graphics & studio.

I think CBBC should remain different. The set is quite out-dated now, and that stupid puppet thing should NOT be used after 4pm - it's mainly for the little kids who watch the Tweenies and stuff.

Older people like me do not need a stupid puppet, with a stupid voice, and a stupid name, insulting our intellegence (yes folks, I do have some!). I rarely watch CBBC before 4.30 so I miss the 'baby' programmes. I usually watch BP, Newsround and neighbours, but if BP is crap that day I flick over to BBC2 and watch the Weakest Link.

Ideas for a new CBBC set then. Firstly there should be Two sets, or zones inside the studio. The first zone for the baby club, and a babyish presenter (Blue Peters Liz Baker will do). And the other set/zone, with a futuristic theme to it, should be for the older kids. Keep the two female presenters, Angelica and Ana (As us lads like them!), and on he last day of the current set, Emlyn the Gremlin *shudder*, should be burnt on that disused fountain thing at TVC.

CBBC will be getting a new look later this year which will also mean a change to widescreen as well. This was supposed to happen in the spring, but with BBC One in the middle of an identity crisis, this has not happened.

I always think Ana and Angelica are very friendly towards each other! I'm not implying anything of course

Ana and Angeleica at the same time. hhhhhmmmmmm. I like the sound of that. They should bring back the lepricorns off live & kicking as they were extremely funny. Ortis was funny as well sometimes. Good to hear CBBC is going widescreen.

Doesn't Ana go out with Chris Moyles!
