Just been watching CBBC On Choice (like you do...!) and heard this music in the background. If you can ignore the voice of Adrian, is the music from the 1994 CBBC era?
Some of the shows when I were little were are on there! Although I quickly lose interest, it's funny watching those programmes differently when you're older!
I was waiting for Maid Marion to come on but they went one better and put it on CBBC One!
And it would be great if you could dig around for it - ta!
Cheers, Asa

I would prefer some of the Choice programmes @ night (when I'm often not in) to be shown during the day.
I still watch that Wacky Races programme on Boomerang, it's very very funny.
I'm trying to think of my favourite children's TV programme eww... .don't watch BBC now!!!
Anyway, I think my favourite has to be ... no can't think of it!

Of course, the choice kids stuff might soon move to its own BBC Kids channel. However Nickelodeon are protesting because they have Nick Jr, which is already part owned by the Beeb & say its a waste of the license few etc etc. Nick don't want the competition, as you can understand

Surely the BBC Kids Channel will just be a part of BBC THREE, so there may be CBBC ONE from 3.30-5.35pm, CBBC TWO in the mornings and mid-afternoon, and CBBC THREE from 6am-7pm.
Wasn't that CBBC version green in 1993, and then became yellow from newyear's day 1994? I have a short snippit of it just before Neighbours on my Fawlty Towers tape somewhere (nothing which could be captured though, because it starts half-way through, plus it's 8 year-old LP VHS tape!!)

What's the site for the C4 prog SN?
Can you still vote for them?
That is of course providing that the BBC Childrens Channel is allowed to launch.
There is some sort of investigation into whether it would affect competition or not running, so the thing may never get off the ground.
I would like to know about Tessa Jowell and her views on the media industry.
I know Chris Smith was strongly against many of the digital services, including News 24, but saying that he was a total idiot!
Just for the record, I do not want News 24 to be shut down, just incase someone tries to suggest I do!
On the subject of the CBBC Ident, I think in 1993 (in fact I am sure it was 1993) the green sparks ident was around with the BBC letters in a sort of gold spark thing.
Then the pictured ident came in and it was also on a purple background with blue lettering.
