I take it your saying that the previous ones were better than these titles, but the original set were the best, in which case, I agree.
Thank you for making sense of my rambling post, that is exactly what I meant. The titles and music immediately prior to this theme were better, but the original titles and music from 1986 were the best and most atmospheric. The siren leading into the music and the sound of breathing wer just perfect for a medical show.

The original theme was best. Tense, dramatic - it suited the show perfectly, especially the early episodes. The new arrangement is an improvement on the last one though; that was too soapy.

Personally I don't hav e problem with it, but, in my opinion at least, I can see a few people complaining*, though I think it isn't any different.

This show gets even more predictable by the second - I mean, the kid falling from the coconut tree "Be careful!" Just awful. 
Anyway, the theme has changed an octave and gone for a simpler brassy tone - hate it.
