Looking at the new schedule on the ITV website, it'll be replaced with Family Guy rather than extending the regular episode

In case you did not know Love Island finishes on Sunday. So Aftersun not being on is not a surprise.

Nope, it was scheduled. Some online TV guides still have it listed.

I wonder how much in sponsorship will be lost tonight? Yes, it is a tragic event that has happened, but you do know there are some callous ******* at ITV who will be counting the cost of this, if this is correct.

They probably contacted Just Eat about this. Since they're probably paying per series, not per episode, I don't think ITV will lose any money. And Just Eat's bumpers are probably too light hearted considering that the show will be talking about someone dying, so they themselves may have felt they were inappropriate.
