Any
website can have a Xoom/NBCi counter (though for how much longer I'm not sure!). A route trace on www.border-tv.com ends up at the servers of Manx Telecom, Douglas, Isle of Man and absolutely nowhere near NBCi.
The idea of calling the ITV South West etc is all very well, but there are some problems. For example the person who called Border ITV North, well to a person in the South of Scotland its ITV South, or what about their viewers in the Isle of Man?
Then there's UTV - there's a reason they changed from being Ulster Television, you know. Having more viewers outside Ulster than in it! They keep their region name delibertly vague...anyway, UTV's a massively strong brand in Ireland now.
Granada too has a massively strong brand (and perhaps, one day, ITV will be renamed Granada...). What about HTV?
