Another Carlton/HTV Mistake

At 1.40pm, just before 'The Biggest Game In Town' with Steve Le Feverfyhvdjbvdh a Carlton ident was played on HTV Wales. This is the third or fourth time this has happened in the past few months, I am beginning to wonder whether they really are mistakes. I mean it can't be that hard to put the right ident tape in the machine for gods sake!

They don't use tapes anymore! All idents are stored on a computer, so it's just a case of pressing the wrong button!

Am I right in thinking Carlton (Westcountry)'s presentation is done from Cardiff, hence the Carlton idents? I'm sure someone said that before
