From what I have read they're apparently running out of bandwith for the channels, as someone said that NTL can only have about 300 channels at the moment and they're currently using 273 I believe, unless they take off more analogue channels, they're going to run out of space.
I have to agree with the EPG positioning especially us poor people in ex-CWC areas, it's a pain in the arse with the music channels, having to go from 90-96, 815-820, 910-911 and 933-935. I sorted out my favourites list tonight and moved many of the channels up, so I have put Sky One Mix next to Sky One and I have moved the Sky Sports Xtra and News and it still doesn't look right, it now goes 40, 41, 42, 950 then 812. It's long overdue to sort this guide out.

What do you mean by isn't enough space to have the channels on, as they are starting to run out? I know new channels like Sky one Mix etc have been added to the end of the list in the 900's but there are loads of gaps at the start. NTL really need to fill in the gaps. For a start channel 210, TV5 then 300 Playboy. 90 channel spaces there ready and waiting. 301 Television X, than 401 Radio 1. Huge gap there too. Ch 422 Extreme sport than Ch 613 Boomerang. Another HUGE gap. 661 is Yes 661 then its 800 fashion TV. Big gap there too.
NTL have more room for BBC and ITV regions than what Sky have. Good Job Sky don’t have all 25 odd ITV areas and the sub regions on the EPG. I can’t find a huge gap in the EPG near the 900's.

Yeah, they really should sort the channel positioning out. I used to have mine all ordered properly in the favourites list, but my box occasionally crashes and when it restarts all the channels are in a weird order (not the default order - even weirder - with ITV1, Channel 4 and five demoted to the bottom of the EPG!). I re-ordered them eventually, but it happened again and has happened a few other times since.

Will that be BBC ONE LDN that’s the same as Analogue in London, or the BBC ONE LONDON that’s on Sky, which is really BBC One England but just called LDN on the EPG.

From what I have read on NTHW they are taking the satellite versions of Scotland, Wales and NI, so this will be England with the default region being LDN. So I assume it is the Sky Version. But if you're watching in London, Wales, Scotland or NI they will still be on your EPG but as a duplicate. Lucky for me I live in Northern England and now will be able to get 5 BBC Regions on cable TV. (But I know it is nothing compared to Sky)
