Interesting that he comes from a 100% marketing background rather than a programme making background - the latter point you would think would be rather important for a job running a trio of television channels.

Well done to the lad I say - I think this means Channel 4 will become more aggressive and high profile in both on and off screen programme marketing - and I suspect a new logo may be on the way...

Not trying to be pedantic but there's more than 1 FILMFOUR channel - so it'll be higher than a trio.
