C4 tx trouble?

last nite during a show it went off for a good 15 sec with a really old cg slide and all the way through RJ awards - others gettin this too?

Which mast did this happen on?

Problems tonight in the South. Keeps going off.... off for about a minute now!! Still off....

is it just my aerial or is it bad qual now?

Looks like some kind of 0.5 sec audio delay as well.

Interesting that C4 still use the very same caption they did in the 1980s (save for the disappearance of the IBA name), right down to the Ceefax-style font:

ITV's version was re-done after the 1993 franchise changes, with an Arial family font and "Independent Television" becoming "ITV".

May this slide make many appearances during Big Brother 8!

Considering it's not really meant to make it's way to air anyways, I suppose it's much easier to leave it as it is, espeically as it will be put out of use totally in the next few years.

This is the slide which is generated at the transmitter site if its incoming programme feed disappears.
