I may be wrong, but ISTR hearing that officially the font is actually Zurich... although of course that's a clone of Univers.

The Sky EPG uses the Univers family (the top banner, "Entertainment" etc. is Univers LT Std 63 Bold Extended or a variant, and the other font is Univers LT Std 63 Bold Condensed or a variant).
The mock EPG in the C4 trail uses Helvetica LT Std Black or a variant.
