Well, fill the slot with classic Heartbeat or something. Honestly, its just shows desperation.

It's all a bit poor on ITV's part, repackaging these old episodes in full with new competitions, including a nodding buster dog to clear their stocks. And the episodes are really old, aren't they from the very first series ?

Paul isn't exactly one for holding back, I'd expect a torrent of abuse coming ITV's way when his new series starts.

Today's episode is the 2nd episode from the 1st series, when it was a bit rough around the edges before it became quite slick. Tuesday 12th October 2004

Oh my...Donny Osmond Rolling Eyes

This must be the first series - Paul's just moaned he's fed up with the autocue and the audience applauded.

The studio also looks more red and empty.

ITV have obviously shown the first series on purpose - where Paul was less confident, still reading the autocue etc. Pathetic.

I don't know, if you're taking that viewpoint surely showing the latest episodes when everything ran like clockwork would be better, then he'd have a lot to live up to.

Well, I don't know, I'm just angry at ITV's constant lame attempt at grabbing viewers.

They really are desperate people who are obviously so scarce of ideas they need to act in such a childish way and are in fact giving Paul's C4 show a great advertising boost for its launch! Of course we can see that, but them being ITV just arn't that well equipped 'up there' to realise this Laughing
