Already mentioned further up. Wink

I can see that being used as the DOG if there is going to be one.

Yeah, I think they will use that too rather than a '4+1' in the Channel 4 font.

Currently the C4+1 tests are showing the below:

But yesterday afternoon at about 1pm ish, they just had a normal picture without the rubbish onscreen like above, and just a +1 dog on the right hand side, and the dog is Just going to be a "+1" , with no 4 logo, like below!

Err, I wonder how some people would interpret that?! Laughing

The current test seemingly has no EPG prog info, yet the times are listed there, and also - while this may not be the case when it officially launches - the DOG is always on-screen regardless of what's being broadcast.

However, said DOG becomes practically invisible when set against white, which happens to be the 'default' colour of the trail endboards...

It's being promoted well in next week's Radio Times, as there's an advert for +1 at the bottom of the evening listings from Monday to Friday. It seems every show will be there, as they promote The Simpsons being on +1 aswell, let's hope they don't have an ITV legal problem.

I note on that site Film4 has now been moved back to Channel 31 on Freeview. Previous press released from Channel 4 have said that Film4 would be on Channel 32.

Mind you, according to itv.com, ITV2 lives on Freeview Channel 28, ITV3 lives on Channel 34 and ITV4 on Channel 30. I can only presume these are very out of date stubs and ITV are not about to change their own channel numbers?

Its worth checking all of them. Apart from the adverts being different, the tests might be different too. Earlier today, at least one of the feeds didn't have sound and at least one of the feeds didn't have the correct widescreen flag set. Also, between about 6pm and 7pm the 12024 feed was showing the static +1 logo, the only audio was the continuity, so watching that feed as The Simpsons finished on Channel 4 you could hear the clean voice over saying "Next is Hollyoaks" and nothing else.

Cheers for that; would have otherwise gone unknown by me as I only spent a matter of seconds checking each feed back-to-back.

The DOG is now fading out for ad breaks (or at least it is on the 12020 feed).

Yep, I think that's the case for all feeds and all breaks.
