I assume it will be for everyone, the press release just gave a grid with the changes to the EPG.

What about Channel 4 Racing? I can't see them getting the rights to show that on a 1 hour delay because I'm sure any racing repeat rights belong to the channel that the course is partnered with (At The Races/Racing UK) - although, Channel 4 Racing has switched to More4 in the past after Channel 4 coverage has ended, but I don't know if the More4 coverage was ever shown on More4+1.

Here is a copy of the press release :

"Channel 4 is to become the first terrestrial broadcaster in the UK to transmit a time-shifted version of its core TV channel.

The launch of Channel 4+1 on 20th August means, for the first time, viewers will get a second chance to see all Channel 4’s distinctive programmes one hour after their initial transmission. The channel will be an exact replica of Channel 4’s schedule on a one-hour delay, including all live programming, US acquisitions and TV advertising including regional variations.

At launch Channel 4+1 will be available on Freeview, Sky Digital and Virgin Media."

Then the EPG changes with Andy Ducan saying this will be great and so on. I think we knew the above allready didnt we?

Apparently the Life channels will be occupying the More4+ EPG's

134 S4C
135 Channel4+
136 E4
137 E4+
138 More4
139 More4+
140 Channel 4 in Ireland Only
172 Life TV (From 172)
173 LifeShowcase
198 Life24, renaming to Life Two

I heard the Life channels had been bought by 4 Seems true. Wonder if the rumour about Zone & Ben is True. BEN TV2 has just launched at around 195ish and the BEN TV2 License has been renamed BEN TV, Ben TV'S License is now Zone Romantica, that should be the next replacement, so both 4 AND Zone buying out companies on high EPGS.

How stupid - More4 and E4 are settled on 13/14 - and certainly should have priority over C4+1.

E4 IMO is one of the flagship channels on Freeview and deserves better than to be stuck so far down the EPG.

The Freeview EPG desperately needs revamping again - properly this time, forcing the remaining Top Up TV channels that operate to about 16 subscribers for half an hour a day down the EPG!) and finally booting the shopping channels out! That would free up most of the 20's.

P.S. digiperson - can you sort that link out so we don't have to scroll across please.

I have done so, but it wasn't stretched for me.
