yes you are right - i apologise sincerely to everyone

i know it's hardly the most interesting topic & maybe thats why i try & make it stand out

i think truthfully it's frustration that anyones original work can be "copied" (even if copyrighted) as the big media know it costs way too much for the average guy to take legal action

it could - i guess - happen to anyone

when a kids author writes a "bus series" for kids from the heart & he then finds out his manuscripts got "lost" whilst sending his work to TV companies & then see's his own work on TV & then tries to do something about it & he cant - it's very frustrating

again my apologies to everyone - i hope you understand a little why i'm behaving this way - it's just frustration

the company invloved have laughed in my mates face over this - knowing he can do nothing but get the support of the people

so yes i think this whole thing has made me forget the very point of my quest - which is winning public support

maybe i should start this thread again - lol

well whatever the feelings here we will continue until there is a change in the law

someone at some point in time has to stop this kind of thing happening

i guess if it were for example "Eastenders" then it would attract more public attention

i dont think it's the particular "object" that has been stolen - i think it's the principle of the whole thing

soon people will simply "not bother" writing anything if things such as this continue - so something has to change - especially now in the age of the internet

i think it's one of those situations where unless you have been closely involved it's simply not of interest - which is understandable

Putting legal hat on - Looked at the site and paid particular attention to the section "evidence". In that section there is no evidence to substantiate the authors claims, in truth there is no evidence of anything in particular. Please understand, my comments are not intended to be taken personally or made in a manner likely to prejudice any action the author is taking or may wish to take.

Irrelevant of the campaign, (although the whole idea of the programme seems to be Thomas the Tank with buses - hardly original) isn't this SPAM?

evidence - there are 3 or 4 examples on the site of how the bus characters themselves have been copied from the original drawings

all the other main characters & the "theme" & some storylines have all been copied

i will put the whole lot up on the website
