After your TARIF (via DIGIGRADE or POGLE) in TK, take the DB to SYPHER. After the layback, take DB to PP for TX REV, and when S&V SATIS FOR TX noted on VTRR, take DB to TX with TX form and write up PasB and PasC.

Then goto VT99.
