Thanks for that info.

Well that's a bit rubbish. I really don't know why they have given us a Vision+ box rather than YouView - we do not want Sky Sports. My father signed up to BT Sport through the employee form and that is what he was given - I was hoping that we could receive HD TV now, as we've only had a silver BT Vision box up until now. I don't think my family will have any desire to pay the £5 per month, unfortunately.

Do you have to be a subscriber to Extra Channels to get the IPTV FTA HD channels? We've just upgraded to BT Sport and have been sent a new Vision+ Box (we previously had an old silver one - and we do have Infinity) - will we get the HD FTA channels?

According to the Executive Retail team you need to have the Extra Channels Subscription which costs £15 a month to receive the 4 FTA HD channels.

No you don't! My friend has the £7pm package and gets the four FTA HD channels- I've been to his place and seen them on this Vision+ box!

Maybe the four FTA Channels, but I subscribe to the other channels as well and have the full on demand and catch up, and box office films for 15 a month...
