It seems pretty obvious to me that this is UKTV Games. He's already pitched this drivvel in the TV Studios thread.
Although I know it's *nothing* to do with me, I know it has been explained that his IP address falls within one of those ISPs who use proxies - and therefore cannot be blocked without blocking sever other users. However, he must surely be using an email service to register?
Yahoo and Hotmail are not valid addresses upon which to register, so who is the email service provider? Blueyonder, or another service which allows for aliases?
If so, I would be sending an email to his ISP, to inform them of his abusive nature. Perhaps he should have has service terminated by his provider.

A blend of ADHD and OCD if I'm not mistaken. And whilst it is undoubtedly "tragic", the only victims here are us.

Bit disappointed to see Charlie questioning his fantasies in the Disney thread, and yet doing precicely nothing about it.

That's a good point actually, and I'm suprised the mods haven't thought of it.

Even with whateve rproblems he has, he must be fully aware of how much he's annoying people. He also has to be fully aware of the fact he's always getting banned. Sadly, he doesn't stop.
