Please not Graham Norton it's not a comedy show he's more suited to that.

What did you think of him on the Lloyd Webber shows?

I just don't see Graham and Tess really working - mainly because in that scenario he is just a direct replacement for Bruce and as a direct replacement he isn't the man for the job.

However if Tess went as well I think Graham and Claudia would probably work very well.

I always said I'd like Anton to get the job but now that Bruce is actually leaving, I'm not so sure.

I can't imagine the BBC wanting to take much of a risk, so I'd say that Claudia is most likely to get the gig. Like the above poster said, I don't think there would be great chemistry between Tess and Graham Norton if he were to be the new presenter.

I'm not sure if I'm alone, but I can see them going for a young presenter. Possibly Vernon or someone similar to him. Don't think they'll try to get someone to directly replace Bruce.

Haven't seen him on that so can't comment but I don't think he would be right for Strictly or Vernon Kay they need someone with a showbizzy background like a Lionel Blair but younger.

Anton presenting Strictly would be like Louis Walsh presenting X Factor. Nobody actually really likes either but for reasons nobody can fathom out both seem to be ever present in their respective shows.

It's perfect for Dale Winton.

I can imagine Anton would be a hugely unpopular presenter, he can be thoroughly unbearable on the show even when he's just in the background, imagine what him and his ego would be like if he was the central person holding it together?

I don't think they'll be taking many risks with this given that it's the biggest show on BBC1.

As mentioned Graham and Claudia were very good at hosting the Eurovision Dance Contest together, had great chemistry and are both popular enough to carry the show. Graham also said not too long ago that he'd like to return to doing another Saturday night show.

What about Emma Willis?? Big brother wouldn't be on TV, and the BBC are apparently going to have to fight if they want her to remain on the Voice, Plus if they want to see the Voice do well, showcasing her on Strictly would perhaps get them some more viewers, obviously pending some hard work!!! Only a thought, that I'm sure somebody at the BBC have had!! Razz

Why would they pick Emma Willis over Claudia though?

Why would they pick Emma Willis over Claudia though?

For all those reasons he just gave.
