Why have they listed "Corkhills House" and "Jordaches House" as separate properties - they were the same place!
I thought there was a larger extension to No.8 (not advertised as "Casa Bevron"!) than from what I can see on the brochure. I'm sure they added the wood panelling to No.8 before the end of Brookside, but did they also add it to No.7 before the show ended?
Those trees in front of the bungalow have really grown - might be hard to see out the windows now
I see they mention "Hollyoaks House", which I presume are the two houses which made up the old Cunningham house.
Pretty old news really - well, they were sold a while ago, presumably on to the developer who is now selling them on. Hope they didn't find any nasty surprises under the patio!
As well as the Cunningham house, for a couple of years after Brookside finished two of the houses were used for the Burtons and Deans in Hollyoaks.
Also, I assume they've renamed it Brookside Close - don't think it was actually officially that before was it?
the three 2-bed mews houses are the original numbers 1-3 which was the edit suit.
The two 4-bed detached houses are numbers 4, (the canteen), and number 5.
The bungalow is pretty obvious,
Two of the hollyoaks houses are numbers 7 and 8
the confusingly titled corkhills and jordache houses are 9 and 10, although somebody's cocked up further as number 9 is 4 bedroomed
not sure where the other hollyoaks house isand No idea where the 7 apartments are either.
I noticed on the photo of number 7 you can still see the repaired crack in the side wall caused by subsidence from the tree which used to be outside it.
Remember them having to incorporate it into the story line with the Farnham's commenting that their marriage was falling apart along with their house. The tree was eventually felled in one episode with Max telling Margaret it was causing the house to subside. Funny how fact and fiction collide sometimes.
Anyway, guess it's only right they should become normal houses again since that is what they were built for in the first place.

Not really old news, the houses had been used for overr 20 years and were in a bit of a mess, don't forget they had been adapted for filming so walls had been removed and cabling ran alround them. The developer had to basically rip them apart and renovate them in order for them to become habitable again.
