Annie Mac does a brief video - showing the new Live Lounge and one of the studios. Both seem a lot more roomy than before, and as said in the blog post, the Live Lounge looks a bit more suited to its purpose.

I'm new to this but does anyone have any news as to when BBC World News are moving into NBH?

Also, any news about programmes like Strictly Come Dancing, where they will be coming from when TVC gets sold off and vacated completely?

Not sure about SCD but the BBC Studios and Post Production business is moving to Elstree Studios and BBC Elstree when TV Centre closes for refurbishing/redevelopment. They'll then move back to TV Centre and have at least 4 (I think) of the studios

Thank you. Are the BBC staying in TV Centre then? I thought it had gone on the market to be sold off?

I thought they were meant to be moving in October, which is nearly over with so explains why they haven't moved already. Will Newsday and the overnight bulletins be moving at the same time or will they stay in TVC till the NC moves across?

The building has been sold to Stanhope however the BBC have retained the freehold. The plan is for Stanhope to redevelop TVC and then BBC Studios and Production and BBC Worldwide will move back into the building as the main tenants.

It has been sold but from what I gather they just plan to rent out offices and studios from the new owners.

They said it's happening after the US elections on the 6th so as BBC WORLD says, I'd guess it's very soon afterwards, possibly Monday 12th.
