Any firmer idea when Newsnight moves in? We know its October, but is that the 1st October, i.e. a week on Monday, or later?

I must admit, Sunday Politics looked really suited to their new studio and it was nice to see it in its full splendour as opposed to the one section seen in Andrew Marr.

Anyone know when Newswatch is back? Sure 21st September was mentioned and it doesn't seem to be on this Friday either. Sorry if I've missed the info somewhere...

Samira's website says 29th which is actually Saturday but I would imagine it'll be on Friday.

Looks like we've got a new look for Newswatch, with graphics which seem to have had a lot more attention paid to them.

Graphics are much better, and back to Helvetica is it?

If it means the demise of Gill Sans, then I'm all for it.

Hoo-rah. It's a nice font, but not for telly gfx.

Hopefully they will have overhauled the programme so it isnt just a bitching session.

I agree - I hope and I am convinced that Samira will breathe a new lease of life into the programme.
