Isn't the chief executive of One Tel boring?

Yes - it was a shame he wasn't the one cut off mid-sentence so that ITV could run the Orange Playlist... Rolling Eyes

Well, given that his firm paid for the thing that was unlikely.

On the subject of the OneTel sponsorship, can someone explain how they're allowed to have their logo prominently on screen throughout the programme when product placement (for the moment) is not allowed?

I think it's due to the fact they pay for the show. They must get something in return.

Yeah I think you're right, they pay for part of the overall programme so therefore are entitled to their logo being shown.

Did ITV 2 crash straight in at 1130, because I flicked over just after & they were simulcasting ITV 1 ?

(I'd forgotten how crap Jayne Middlemiss was ! Correct me if I'm wrong but is Ronni Ancona the only person to impersonate her to date? I remember a 'Middlemarch' spoof on Big Impression called 'Middlemiss' !)

Its Jenny Eclair that gets me. She has that annoying 'busybody' personality like Su Pollard. Rolling Eyes

The shortlist for the comedy awards are getting worse each year. I watched for a while. First up The X factor was awarded best entertainment programme, then Paul O'Grady best entertainment personality. It was then I thought "I ain't waisting my time with this.."
