Simon Cowell puts foward his idea of a bunch of people doing a bunch of random stuff..... I presume it is going to work in the same way as the X-Factor, but with more variety...

I'm looking foward to it if that is the case!

It sounds like it will be great and also hilarious. Its done well over in America so hopefully it will do over here in Britain. I think it starts in May sometime.. correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks - Andrew.

Sounds like it will be a good series to watch.

Next May? Bit long to wait!

It will be even better if Ant and Dec present - which probably will happen. Also if it is April or May I can't wait Laughing !

Well Ant and Dec are obviously going to present it.... I mean, who else is available for ITV these days. Not that I have a problem with them but...you know.

Has anyone seen any clips of America's Got Talent. Peirs Morgan was the Simon Cowell type of the show.

Cat Deeley would be a good host for this, if shes not busy in the US. Or maybe Cilla Black.

Might be worth watching, I don't see the point in letting singers on it-- surely that's X Factor is for? Confused That said it's nice to see other fields of entertainment being showcased other than song and dance Cool

Will Simon have co-presenters? Originally it was to be Fern Britton and Paul O'Grady... of course the latter has vowed not to work with ITV-- so maybe it will just be Fern?

Simon isn't a presenter, he's a judge.

As for Paul O'Grady, is he really still holding that grudge ? He may well feel differently once Michael Grade is at the helm.

Yes, no doubt Harry will have a laugh at that himself. Razz

I've seen America's Got Talent when I went out there during the summer. The judges were David Hasselhoff, Brandy (from the music duo Brandy and Monica) and Peirs Morgan.

The judges give their verdict of each performance by pressing a button that lights up either a tick or cross which is above the stage. Obviously Piers Morgan played the Simon Cowell role - being the one who gave bad critiscism for most acts.

Have to say, when I was out in America the last person I expected to see on American TV was Piers Morgan!

All in all its just a glorified New Faces.....

May I mention that Australia is getting it's own version called "Australia's got Talent" premières in 2007 on Channel 7.
