I go to the gym for a couple of hours (yes, funnily enough I do have a life), and I see a right slanging match occured. Some people genuinly really aren't happy to my reaction to this. And I normally wouldn't mind that people disagree with me, as people normally reply in a normal manner, but it seems to have gone way over the top here. I wouldn't have minded my comments to have bought a little debate into the issue, but comments like "I can't believe they are people like you" and calling me a "sad case" do seem a little uncalled for, especially considering the nature of this forum- basically being an anorak forum.

Oh, yes, and I notice I T V 1's new signiture. This member seems more and more mature and gets more of my respect every second.

Either he doesn't get the idea of this forum (An anoracky specialist forum), of he's very disturbed. These aren't the sort of comments most of us would make on most message boards, and I certinally wouldn't mention it in conversation to other people.

I can say right now that it's not the sort of thing I'd mention outside of a forum like this anyway. Though most people I know are aware of my interest in the subject, I've even produced some things myself. My family are impressed, but I doubt anyone outside of my close friends and family would be interested (mainly because it's aimed at them). I can thank forums like this for actually having the knowlegde to make these things. And maybe it is anoracky, but I can hardly see how it's sad, especially as I don't discuss the subjects outside of the internet anyway.

I also noticed the filmic effect but after part one was out of the way it didn't bother me in the slightest!

At least it wasn't as apparent as some previous incarnations of an attempt at filmic look. I remember how bad Emmerdale and The Bill were but The Brit awards 25 was only minor and didn't detract from the coverage at all!
