Indeed, it did seem odd to do a lifetime achievement award and then do a 'normal' award and then go back to the lifetime winners. The same happened at the National TV Awards too, the big awards should be the climax of the show

I doubt she will regret it, given the massive success and plaudits she's had in 2011; plus from interviews I seen/read of Adele, she doesn't take herself too seriously, so I suspect she cares little of what pompous detractors may say. I think that her earthy character, is part of her success-- certainly why my American friends like her.
To me her reaction was quite a humourous response to being cut short in the way she was. Compared with other incidents at the Brits, her reaction was far from OTT and was quite tame!

however the reaction was well OTT and she will regret it in time.

It also gave this years awards a Jarvis Cocker-style talking point following a rather bland show.

Alex Jones was interrupted twice last week, once on The One Show...

and again on Let's Dance for Sport Relief...

She didn't seem to mind all that much. Were there any other examples of this happening last week, either to Alex Jones or anyone else?
