Why do they keep muting the sound? I'm sure Peter Kay, Samantha Fox and/or The Spice Girls can't all be effing and jeffing can they?

TBH - its is actually really spoiling the viewing of the show.

So what if they swear, why not just put a warning at the beginning or the show and at every commercial break!

The Brits- as slick and professional as ever.

Peter Kay not being able to read an autocue or tell any funny jokes
Only 2 of the Spice Girls turning up ... despite at least 2 others being in the UK and not up to much
Various technical glitches and very bad editing
Hearing Peter Kay speaking to the audience as the show returned
Sam Fox making a point that she wasn't going to mess up ... and screws up spectacularly bless her Laughing

... and just when it couldn't get any worse, up popped Fearne Cotton

We're 20 minutes in.

Mr. Oasis just threw a radio mic in to the crowd. I wonder if they will get that back.

Funniest moment of the night, the trigger happy muter not muting Peter's opinion of Liam.

Muting the Gallagher brother saying the F word (although i could read it from his lips!!!) BUT allowing Peter Kay to call him a knob head!!!

Make your mind up!!!!

... and his award. His whole appearance is another thing to add to my cringe list, along with Noddy Holder presenting an award Laughing

The BRITS really does get more awkward by the year. Peter Kay's comment on Liam Gallagher however was brilliantly apt.

Not sure if it's been like this all night, but I'm sure I could *very faintly* hear Liam's F word when that audio was supposedly muted. Regardless, I think the decision to mute certain comments does spoil the enjoyment of the show somewhat. Perhaps a warning in the breaks would not be an unreasonable compromise?

Anyone manage to capture it? It'll be interesting to see if the show makes it to the ITV Player unedited. Does anyone know if the Brits have a 'few minutes' delay as per some of the other live shows?
