Broadcast this week says there's going to be a new 30-minute 'early morning' all-business programme on BBC1 from 3rd September - that might have got something to do with the changes on Breakfast . I don't know whether the new show will be part of Breakfast or not though.Confused

This is part of an hour to be provided by BBC World from 5-6am each weekday. Breakfast will remain the same. The new hour will be on News24 and BBC1. It will come from the BBC World Studio, with a short news summary from News24 when world have an ad break

I wonder what titles it will use? Possibly Business Today's?

will BBC One go back to being BBC One or just be news24 overnight?

As far as I know, it'll stay the way it is, it saves a lot of money to simulcast on News 24 and BBC ONE.

Blast!!! I just got up at 7.45am only to find they used the normal titles at 8.00!!

I did however get a photo of Kate Sanderson doing the News 24 Briefing with the new sidebar - much better!

bless her, she looks to people living out of UK that she has a lisp, she doesn't!!!!
And personally, i don't like the new sidebar - it looks very quickly put on and very fake.

anyone noticed that she still has a slight emphasis thing from newsround?

I hate the

24
BBC News

thingy, it looks awful, news24 should keep a look away from the normal news

It doesn't make any sense though!
The time is normally printed on the sidebar, not the name of a channel!
Talk about cross promotion...

it is a news24 production remember

Well they obviously don't have a clue about managing their own channel.
If then want to have News 24 seen as some sort of 2 minute update service then that's fine... but it isn't going to help them.

they realy should advertise it more on one and two if they want it to be a success
