ITV1 Beach Ident

Like that one, I may have actually seen it, once

The hearts set on itv was great. Each region has identity yet it was all consistent. At the moment I don't think people take notice of the idents on itv because they really are so bad. They really did muck up when they rebranded last year.

Basketball into Grease, again thats overused. I hate that female announcer, she is really annoying. I think they need a few new idents, added to the current idents, and get all the music sorted.

Well usually I would watch UTV, but for somereason my sister puts on ITV 1 London. I usually see pavement art, but Iike beach and basketball the most. As for the music, I'd say it's best suited for beach. It sounds nice, but having it on every ident is boring. I wih they could have the same theme, but adapt it for every ident, like on BBC One. At least this time they have a coherent theme, and are visually exciting. But is it me, or does the Market ident have a slight different variation of the music. My favorite part about them is the fat tht the logo is actually embedded in the scene.

Edit: I think they will start playing beach more during the summer, for obvious reasons.

I seen now as I watch STV,

but the only two I have actully seen is market and Boat,

I don;t dislike them but I don't like the music

Granada seems to get the market and bike ones. at least the stopped that annoying one with the woman doing an impersonation of a fire siren, I lost track of the number of times I turned that over and missed the start of corry

In find the female announcer annoying too.




I liked them at the time, and I also liked the Carlton versions of the idents.
