This is for when Border relaunches on Monday. I think there will be a set change, this may be the first decent looking set ever. Any thoughts? I hope that they have a desk again, and try and present more serious stories in depth.

The new titles and music are brilliant, they really remind me of the 1993-2001 era. I just hope the new set for Lookaround is actually new, and not just an updated version of the current one. With this new merger will Border be seeing any live reports for its news, the last live transmission was in May last year during the local elections!!!!!!!!!

Word has it that a team from TTTV have been over to Carlisle - so I guess their set will be something like North East Tonight.

Has Tyne Tees relaunched yet? The GMTV bulletins were from the usual CSO (which is pretty ITV1 ish anyway) but the aston with the TTTV logo on was still there, also with the usual NEN style weather slide.

It appeared to at 10.55 and lunchtime... they had a "North East News" dog with the four squares underneath.

Only saw a presenter close up... dark blue with a lighter blue panel and what looked like downlighting/uplighting. It looked like the regional images set modified to take out the regional images, but I'm not a regular TTTV viewer. If you're not watching the 3pm bulletin I'll post a pic after it.
