Ive never actaully seen the official Borders clock but yours looks quite good

The reason you won't have seen the real one is that - AFAIK anyway - they don't have one!

Certainly, I've never seen a clock on any of the ITV channels.

Oh well its very nice anyway, up her weve got SMG and they do what they want so I would have known whether the rest of ITV use clocks or not

Channel still have a clock-availible on TV Ark by dowloading the 2000 Channel Report graphics.

Well, I've made a couple more... a mock clock for C5 which I think looks rather nice Smile and a recreation of the original C4 clock from when it launched away back in 1983. Both Screensavers.

How about doing a clock in the 1989 generic era for TVS. I know they didn't use the generic idents, but I think a creation of this clock is in order.

so, let me get this right - a clock from the generic era for a channel which didn't use one? ok, i guess i'll try my best - i'll see what i can come up with!

(anyone got any shots of the generic look then - particularly any screenshots?)

I've just downloaded them, and I must say that the channel 5 clock is brilliant. However i'm still not sure about the Border one.
Having yellow text going into yellow graded shading, does'nt quite work for me.

How about a Sky News clock..?

Yeah, I wasn't sure about the yellow text. I reckon I might change it.

Sky News? Hmm.... I'll try and do one for the Sky News election style look.
