According to an interview with Bob's wife on the radio earlier it was made by Red Bee, the same team that did the Radio 2 Elvis advert

Saw it on the news the other day, what an amazing feat to produce something with such accuracy; on first viewing I'm sure many people were more than a bit surprised and wondering how it was possible. And it's all worth it for promoting awareness of the cancer.
Quite possibly superior to any previous attempts at this sort of edit magic (for example that Gene Kelly one for the new Golf back in 2005) but this is advertising something a lot more worthy of attention. Well done to all involved.

Bob Monkhouse was certainly a legend. For me I watched him right from Bob's Full House up until Wipeout (sounds like a gag from Bob himself there!
).

Great advert, wierd though
. Maybe Queen can re-release a song and put Freddie Mercury in it.
P.S: Show Wipeout and Celebrity Squares again!!!

Anyone else remember the video/song where Natalie Cole dueted with her father Nat King Cole?

Ah oui, je m'excuse - I read somewhere that he laid down the vocals ASAP but the instrumentation and production was completed after he passed on.

Made In Heaven was although some songs were re-records of his solo work (I Was Born To Love You for example). Innuendo however was completed before he died he was very ill by this point however, as can be seen in the video to "These Are The Days Of Our Lives"

Yes that's what they did with Made In Heaven, I Was Born To Love You though was recorded by him as a solo project, the singing sounds the same for this one. Mother Love was the last song he ever sung, which he couldn't complete due to his illness hence Brian May singing the final chorus of the song.
Apologies if this confuses things further

That was why 'Lives' was shot in black & white & Freddie in heavy make up, wasn't it?
Mind you he looked ill in 'Headlong' & that was in colour!
When did he start looking 'ill' for want of a better word, on screen? I thought he looked started to look dodgy around the eyes in the video for 'Breakthru' personally
Have to look for 'Mother Love', & check it out.
(Must be on my 'naughty naughty' Queen MP3 I bought from a computer show a few years back!)
