A beautiful programme completely ruined by the totally out of place 'making of' slot at the end.
What the hell was that all about?
Don't tell me, American Market, our old friend.Confused

Good God! I never knew that the Blue Whale had a heart the size of a car and that it has veins and arteries that a human being could swim down!

Bravo David Attenborough!

It wasn't called 'making of', it was called 'Making Waves', but the fact that it had it's own BBC logo at the bottom like titles was tacky!!

Scottish television for what it's worth.
They seem to be taking great pleasure from the fact that some Scots may have died in New York.
It makes for pretty awful tv.
DD
Dolby Digital
Why in God's name did they put 'Making Waves' in the very first program? If it had to be shown it should have been at the end.

I reckon they should have kept 'Making Waves' for the dvd release.
It was a piece of nonsense; do I really care about some effete diver's sleeping arrangements?
No I bloody well do not !

I notice the Sunday afternoon repeat is 50 minutes long so tune in if you want to know what it would be like without the Making Waves addition!
