It's probably down to the compression algorithms when putting it on the web.

"but contestants will be over 18" - considering the original contestants were university students, they always were over 18 lol. The change is the removal of the upper age limit.

I'm already for it tonight. I was in the audience for episodes two and three. The amount of times they had to film them walking to the hotspot was amusing. One contestant said "I'll do it as many times as you want" to which Simon replied: "You'll regret saying that!"
