First of all, the idea of yet another logo on the hearts ident is stupid. I thought that ITV didn't want to confuse the viewer, and now all these different sub-brands appear. The worst thing is that ITV will probably blame the regional brands for confusion, not their own!
And secondly, it is not HTV's fault about losing htvwales.com, as ALL presentation comes from Carlton.
Just before 'The People Versus' there was an advert saying that the CITV website is now itv.com/citv too.

You'll see that ITV are actually the last channel to add the website address.
(Plus Carlton has had one for ages)

itv.com wasn't on Tyne Tees's ident at 7.30pm when Corrie started!
Nor at 8.00. I think it is only on when there is a full ident. Probably Leeds need to transfer the graphic to their home-made versions of the ITV1 regional idents....

nah it was still itv-weather.co.uk which was a shame as everything else has changed at 5 oclock tonight but the national weather (and local) weather still had 'old' addresses on them!

heres the altered central ident - the changeover occured after CITV

I think the times that they don't show the itv.com graphic is when they are telling you about something on ITV2 or ITV Sports Channel and the logo comes up in the bottom right hand corner. They don't seem to show the website then, obviously that would be one graphic too many !

Lol! What a great cockup. At least he could laugh about it. The last cockup like that I heard was a few days ago on BBC Two but the woman just said 'pence' before correcting herself with 'pound'. Nothing major.

Anyway LWT have done better than Carlton and Granada's effort-it blends in better,and sparkles in time with the videowall! It would be nice if someone put's it on here.
BTW-is it on Scottish,Grampian and UTV too?
BBTW-Carlton Westcountry had an endcap saying www'itv.co.uk/carltonwestcountry in August when I last visited-next time I'll record the itv.com version.
