Did anyone watch the new 'The Biggest Game in Town' today, ITV1's new daytime game show, presented by Steve Le Fevre.

If so, what did you think?

Personally I liked it, as a 'daytime' game show it was very good.
It takes the 'bingo' idea to a whole new level!

If you don't know what I'm on about, its on ITV1...

Weekdays at 9.25am (5 mins) and 1.35pm
Extra 'Friday Flyer' at 5.30pm

Plus...Notice the ITV Lunchtime News is now 5 minutes longer, and that at 1 o'clock they have the headlines again, for those people who are around at 1!

Friday Flyer??? What do you mean? My listings said it was a repeat!

Yes in my guide it says the 5:35pm version is a repeat of the earlier version!

But it think this must be a mistake because in wales we are showning Nuts + Bolts every monday and friday at 5:35pm and HAS been forced to move on a friday due to this programme - im sure if it was a repeat Nuts + Bolts wouldve stayed at 5:35 pm and The biggest show wouldve been either moved or ditched all together!

The 'Friday Flyer' is a separate extra programme. I believe all the unclaimed money from Mon-Fri will be played for on a Friday.

Not this week, it'll have to make way for Crossroads, which wasn't shown in full yesterday.

Crossroads broadcast the scheduled episode today, so is 'on schedule'. Yesterday's evening showing was on ITV2, and a brief recap before today's programme.

Surely this is just a rehash of a format used at least twicw before? Originally as Bob's Full House, then with another presenter. The only difference is instead of contestants crossing off numbers, they are generated for viewers. Even that is a con, as the broadcaster knows what gamecards are in play, as you have to phone beforehand (27000 calls @ 25p = almost £7000, and this number is probably less than normal following the events of yesterday afternoon).

You mean Shane Richie's Lucky Numbers, don't you? Was the show off air today?

That's the one!!!

programme broadcast as normal today, with very little mention of ongoing events. (Bad show for a live programme)

Got that right! The biggest mockery in town, I think, not the biggest game!!!

Isn't this show a bit like Lucky Numbers, presented by Shane Ritchie a few years ago?
