Put The Telly On
I'm sad enough to watch this on ITV2 in the early hours. Embarassed

The presenter has just given away £1200 to a caller and the question was...

What is the title of this Robbie Williams hit? "Let Me..."
A)...do a dance
b)...make you laugh
c)...entertain you
d)...jump around

Of course the answer was Entertain You and the caller won and got through on the last 2 seconds of the timed round! The £1200 was originally for a 'How Many Bands?' question and a tricky riddle followed.

Is this the biggest con to date? Will this person actually get £1200? Confused

It just seems a lot of money for a cheap show and at that time in the morning.

on that note...goodnight.

It had probably been on for a few hours without giving any money away, so £1200 wasn't that much really.

I won £1000 when it was new (before it was on ITV2) and I had to jump through hoops to get it. I had to print off and sign the terms and conditions from their website. Once I sent those off I got a letter back asking me to send a photocopy of my passport/drivers license, once I sent that off I got a letter back asking me to send a copy of my phone bill with their phone number on it.

In total, it was about a month before I got my money. A month seems about normal for these quiz/game channels but I have never had to jump through so many hoops before. Avago/Yoo Play are the best at sending out money. It arrives a few days later and you don't need to do anything other than get on the show to get it.

Before anyone mentions it, when I sent my documents off to Big Game TV, I obscured the relevant bits and I didn't even use my real signiture.
