True. It was produced by Jonathan Ross's company, Hot Sauce TV, so I'm guessing with Ross not on the show, this also explains the absence of the usual guests...Brydon etc.

Funny thing is I used to think that of Jimmy Carr but have changed my mind with him since seeing him on Top Gear and hearing him on Moyles

Oh really? With Lee Hurst I understand completely because his last DVD was a re-release of his 1998 stand up & since then he hasn't released anymore unfortunately. Dylan Moran, whilst I think is hilarious probably isn't to everyone's taste & so I can understand that.
With Bailey though I'm a bit surprised, however Bailey is again one of the more "specialist" (if that's the right word) comedians although he's absolutely superb IMO.
I do like McIntyre but think he has a way to get yet before he beats the mighty Bailey, however the constant exposure of recent has helped sales of his DVD so they've done something right there.

Yes, I think Dara is more suited to BBC satire rather than the risque Channel 4 clique. (That last part probably doesn't make sense but I enjoyed typing it!)
I like Dara O'Brien, think hes great on Mock The Week & Live At The Apollo (shame that Andy Parsons is constantly on MTW, I find him an annoying sod) but I understand what you mean.
Certain comedians are better suited to certain channels, Dara is best on the BBC.
