Whilst I appreciate that the presenters don't just turn up 5 minutes before the programme goes on air and no doubt have a couple of hours of preparation beforehand, it's quite disturbing to think that she needed to set an alarm to be at work for a show that goes out live at 7pm!
It doesn't say much about either her commitment to the job or her professionalism if she was out on a bender the night before and still in bed at 4pm the following afternoon.
