Yes, Jen to go please. She's playing Dale like a fiddle and I would happily box her ears for it.
I've really changed my mind about Zezi. Her competency as a presenter is only hindered by her lack of experience, but she doesn't lack either charm or wit. As her experience grows the better she's getting. Clearly a bright girl.
I'm a big enough man to admit I was wrong about her.
I've started to enjoy BBLB for the first time in years. Dermot's schtick just got very, very stale.
My opinion of Zezi has changed greatly as well. I wasn't too keen on her at first but as shes settled in and as we actually start to "get" her I think she has improved. She doesn't have the generic presenting style which I think was the main criticism.
However the shower over at Digital Spy won't change their opinions. Their opinions were pre determined and nothing will change them. Massive overreaction over there IMO, and when Zezi spoke out about it and called them 'sad' they couldn't take it. Double standards on the greatest level there.
All indications from the bookies seems to be that Jen will blub her last tonight, and milk it for all it's worth with Davina and on the tabloid circuit next week.
I think Rex's desire to leave is genuine, so it will be interesting to see whether he will make the decision to walk next week or stick it out if the new arrivals are interesting.
I had hoped that they had dropped the idea of adding HMs in later stages this year. It's understandable when it's to replace those removed, or who have walked voluntarily, as this keeps up the pre-determined numbers.
However, adding 3 new HMs after the first 3 evictions means we are back where we started a month ago. It leaves a bitter taste to think that C4 are just dragging out the series for the sake of it. I'd much rather it be a month shorter and only have the initial HMs and replacements for unexpected departures.
Big Brother is as much about endurance as anything else; that clearly doesn't apply in the same way to those who arrive a third of the way through the run.

But with 16 housemates and 13 weeks there is no leeway for any twists or double evictions, and 4 would end up in the final with 1 eviction per week.
I think its best all new arrivals are put in before day 30 (which coincidently is today) rather than on day 59 like last year. It suggests we aren't going to get any silly HND variation later in the series, but its possible there could well be a twist tonight. If its something like the secret garden then I won't mind, and if its executed well then I won't mind either. With Sharon Powers in charge I think if there is any twist it will be executed brilliantly as series with her in control have had twists which have been flawless in terms of how they are carried out. But I don't think the new arrivals are going to make the series seem drawn out.
Its three women going in tonight and women is something desperately lacking in this series so its best they go in now than another 3 weeks down the line.

I agree - for the first time in ages I'm actually enjoying BBLB . It's good to have the friends and family stuff and the psychologists back regularly too, but it could do with much more behind the scenes content, but apart from that it's getting better every week.
However, next week E4 are moving it to 6pm so expect ratings to plummet even further.

I don't think the ratings will plummet, they'll probably remain about the same but I suppose 0.25m could be justified at 6pm.
I have strong doubts about the future of BBLB (and BBBM) as we know them. Ratings are so far down this series on past series' that its unreal. They could well return as they are but they would be mad if they did. CBB6 they should use as testing ground. New presenters (Emma Griffiths, Iain Lee, Caroline Flack are all very popular choices) and possibly a new name. BBLB will be forever associated with Dermot and BBBM will always be associated with Russell.

I'm not sure that's true. I'm only watching BBLB now because it has someone other than Dermot presenting. Don't get me wrong - he's an excellent presenter, but the last few years were terrible. An endless round of him dancing to the needless, endless stings that punctuated the programme, and looking terribly smug about the whole thing.
As for the rescheduling - it won't affect me. I watch BBLB in the morning before I go to work, which is actually a very nice way to start the day.

I agree with you saying that the programme did deteriorate over the years, for me though it wasn't Dermot, it was more the lack of behind the scenes things that I wanted to see. Though in that respect this current series is far worse for me as it still hasn't recaptured itself, and I'd say has become slightly worse, and also the fact that there is no Dermot to smile his way through it.
