Watching Justin and Alan after it, I laughed like hell when they showed Alan masturbating as part of his best bits in the house.

That cookie woman... Oh. My. God. Could this be the worst housemate ever?

Agree - and 'cookie monster' won't last long if the food budget is ever threatened.

I appreciate that they want interesting people to be in the house, but many don't even live up to that description by any stretch of the imagination.

It's a pity that the UK version of Big Brother can't actually find 16 egotistical, self-obsessed or mentally challenged wannabees that were actually born in this country to take part.

Seems like a decent bunch of housemates this year and the twist is good. Most of the new housemates didnt seem to notice that the guy kept saying the blonde girl was his girlfriend.

Probably couldn't be heard over Rebecca's shrieking.

Who's your favourite, Jez? There's a special thread dedicated to your "favourite" (ahem) in the Lounge.

Ah after reading the thread in the Lounge I see what you mean by "favourite" Mr Scott. I agree with your choice. He's definately a 10/10 (and he knows it!) Wink

Unfortunately Dale has better looks than personality. I am willing to do 'shallow' for a night of fun if ever the opportunity arose though!

Desperation or what? Even though there shouldn't be a DOG violating my daily Simpsons at all, the least they could have done is dropped the needless 'Big Brother' tag, reduced the font size and made the eye transparent.

Think I'll be giving C4+1 a miss tonight; don't think you'll be able to see much in the way of programming with tonight's DOG onslaught.

I don't remember seeing it on C4+1.

On last night's highlights show, they showed the first house mate entering the house at about 8.35pm, yet on Thursday night, the launch show didn't actually start until 9pm!! What's all that about?!?!

Sorry if already discussed Smile

Have to say BBLB is absolutely dire compared to under the reign of Dermot. The show just seems to be over emphasised with the new presenters but maybe it will improve in the future.
Not liking the new orange studio though it has to be said, very... cheap looking in the aspect of the mass of rounded small screens etc.

i noticed that too - it would have been about 9.20pm the first housemates entered the house. I know there is a time delay on the live shows but not that long surely?

I think there was a 40-45 minute delay for Thursday's launch night, instead of the usual 15 to 20 minutes. Notice the 'Live' strap wasn't on screen, although it was last year, even though there was still a shorter time delay.
