If this trajectory of celebrity decline continues, by 2030 being a TV Forumer will let you qualify to be a housemate.
What sums up the C5 era is when it moved they started putting one or two of the TOWIE or MTV like folk in and by the end the TOWIE/MTV folk are generally amongst the most known.

Interesting the inclusion of Dan Osborne is not going down well in some quarters. He seems to be a nasty piece of work by all accounts.

I think the key is to wait until your career is dead,
then
go on it.
Assuming you had a career in the first place.

And you coudn't have picked 4 more boring housemates!
Well they certainly seemed exciting in 2001/2...
To think that there was a time when the likes of Jack Dee, Claire Sweeney, Les Dennis and Sue Perkins were picked...

They really weren't. Even at the time. That 2nd run especially was considered so boring it killed the celeb edition for 3 years.

Really disappointed that Natalie and Rodrigo have now gone as they were shaping up to be the big characters this series! Seems like we are left with a bunch of people that don’t have a personality between them. I know some people prefer when the housemates get along but it’s much more entertaining for me when the drama is at level 10. I don’t want to see showmances, I want confrontation! Just look at CBB17 for a genuinely genius mix of housemates... Drama was guaranteed from day 1! I particularly like Angie’s diary room breakdown and Tiffany calling Gemma a fat c*nt. TV Gold
